Compared with the traditional casting process, the spray forming technology has the advantages of fine grains, uniform structure and high precision, which can restrain macrosegregation and component segregation. From smelting to final forming, it improves the properties of seven series of high strength alloys, and increases the strength of some alloys by 40% compared with the traditional casting method.
