Compared with the traditional casting process, the aluminum alloy powder spray forming

technology has the advantages of fine grain size, uniform structure and high precision, which

can restrain macrosegregation and component segregation. From melting to final forming, it 

improves the properties of seven series of high strength alloys, and increases the strength 

of some alloys by 40% compared with the traditional casting method. Some of them are over 

700 MPa, which are applied in aerospace industry. Instead of traditional alloy steel, 

titanium alloy and other materials, weight loss can be achieved by about 50%.
